Only rarely. If you have to reschedule, you must inform me at least 24 hours before the session.
The only acceptable exceptions to the 24-hour notification rule are a sudden illness, an emergency, or a weather-related situation such as power outage or unannounced load-shedding, or if your location is under a tornado watch or blizzard warning.
When a time slot has been set, you are expected to stick to it, and to show up on time.
If you are on a monthly or semester plan, only one rescheduled session with a minimum 24-hour notice is allowed in a 60-day cycle. Perpetual reschedule requests will not be entertained, and any sessions missed will be just that: missed, no replacement.
If you have internet issues or difficulty connecting during the session or just before the allocated time, you must reach out to me or to my assistant via Telegram.
