One of the particular challenges of distance learning is that gaps in your knowledge can creep in almost unnoticed. It can be easy to convince yourself that you have understood something when you have only partially grasped it. Dr. Serene was exceptionally good at identifying exactly these kinds of gaps and helping me overcome them.

This matters particularly in a module like Company Law, which is both conceptually demanding and reading-intensive. The volume of material is considerable, and the cases themselves are often long and intricate.
